Before return to your sweet home

Nyanpappa cafe is a maid café that treats you as "Masters" and "princesses".

In Nyanpappa, entering the maid café is called “return home”.

The maids are looking forward to your "return" at Nyanpappa, which is a "home" for Masters and Princesses. Before returning home, please prepare yourselves to become Masters and Princess. The maids, who have been eagerly awaited the return of their Masters and Princesses, will greet you in unison.

Maid

After entering Nyanpappa, you must first come to the reception desk. The maid who will serve you will take you from the reception desk to your seat. The maid who will serve you cannot be selected. 

Oshi maid

Only if you make a reservation and apply for "Oshi maid" of your choice, the maid of your choice will serve you and take a commemorative photo.

Charge

One-order service

Each customer is asked to order at least one menu from the menu which has been prepared by maids with their Masters and Princesses in mind.

Payment method

Payment is accepted in cash.

When it is time to depart, a staff member will come to collect your return certificate card. After receiving the return certificate card, please go to the cash register to make your payment. After payment, a maid will greet you as you leave, so please wait at the cash register.

Length of stay

The staff member will come to collect your return pass 25 minutes after leaving from the reception.

Maids will not inform you of your remaining time.

We expect many Masters and Princesses to return home after a long absence. We kindly ask for your cooperation with us so that more Masters and Princesses can return home.

Return Certificate Card

When you return home, you can get a return certificate card at the reception desk. The front side is the name of the Masters and Princesses, the reverse side is a service record. Please keep it while you stay home.

Photography

As a rule, taking photos is not allowed inside the store. As there are maids, Masters, and Princesses not allowed to be photographed, please be careful not to include people in your photos. Please be careful not to show people in the photo. Only the food is allowed to photograph.

Loop (continuous return)

Once you have paid your bill, you can come back to the store. This is not possible when the store is crowded. If you want to go home continuously, please tell us at the cash register.

Timing of offer

Food will be served as soon as possible during your visit. It may come early or late, but you cannot choose when it will be served. Call for Cheki photos may be early or late, but you cannot choose when you will be called.

Cancellation after Order

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds after an order has been placed. Please be aware of this before placing your order. Also, you will be required to pay the fee even if you are ordered to leave the cafe.

Gifts for maids

Gifts for maids will be accepted at the table. After being checked by the receptionist, you may give the gift directly to the maid. Please refrain from wrapping gifts in wrapping paper, etc...,as we will check the contents.

・Please be aware that the packaging and outer box may be damaged during the check.

・We cannot accept items whose contents cannot be checked.

・Please note that it may take time for us to respond to your request during busy times.

Items that cannot be given as gifts

Expensive items

・Items that valued over 10,000 yen regardless of the purchase price, or combined gifts exceeding this amount.

*Only bouquets exceeding 10,000 yen in total are acceptable, as long as the bouquet is the result of a joint purchase by several people who contributed 10,000 yen or less to the purchase.

・Cash or monetary substitutes

・Cash, money certificates, commemorative coins, discount coupons, coupons, catalog gifts, etc.

・Opened or homemade beverages or food

・Medicines and hygiene items

・Toothbrushes and other oral care products, eye drops, sanitary products, underwear, first-aid supplies, contact supplies, etc.

・Items that are intended for display, such as stand flowers

・Living creatures

・General recording media

・USB memory sticks and SD cards, HDD, SSD, CD-R, DVD-R, etc.

・Items that infringe on the rights of Nyanpappa or others

・Any items created by using Nyanpappa's logo without permission.

・Items that contain personal information such as the master's or daughter's contact information or address

・Items that are used or have a feeling of use

・Items that are too large or heavy to carry home

・Items that are offensive to public order and morals

・Items other than the above that the Cast Members deem inappropriate.

About Cheki photos

If you buy a cheki photo, you and your maid can take a photo together.

Rules for taking Cheki photos

The following acts are prohibited when the Masters, Princesses and maids are taken Cheki photos together. In case of malicious behavior, the Executive Committee may come, order you to leave Nyanpappa, or refuse your entry in the future.

(1) Touching any part of the other person's body by Masters, Princesses, or maids.

(2) Masters, Princesses, or maids touching the other person's clothing or accessories with their hands.

(3) Posing in such a way that it appears as if you are touching the other person's body, even if you are not touching the other person's body

(e.g., poses that make it appear as if they are holding each other's arms or hands)

(4) Posing in a way that makes the photographed scene seem obscene or lustful from a third party's point of view

(e.g., extreme low angles, poses that reveal the inside of skirts, gravure poses, etc.)

(5) Photographing while lying on the floor

(6) Taking selfies *Selfie-style photos are allowed.

(7) Shooting with faces extremely close to each other

(8) In two person photos, standing in a position or at an angle that makes it look as if the Master or Princess is not present.

(e.g., photographed in the style of solo Cheki photos, etc.)

(9) Shooting in a composition in which the maid's face is half or more hidden during the two-shot.

(e.g., photographing only the maid's legs, photographing the maid's backside, etc.)

(10) Taking with content that is considered vulgar, obscene, violent, derogatory, or immoral

(e.g., giving the middle finger, getting down on one's knees, putting one's feet on one's back, etc.)

(11) Photographing in poses or themes that the maids refuse to accept

(12) Any other acts that the management representative deemed inappropriate and requested an injunction, but ignored the request

(13) Only when requested by the Master or Princess, maids stepping on the Master or Princess through their shoes is permitted as an exception.

Content that cannot be drawn

Maids are not allowed to draw any of the following contents. In addition to the above, there are other contents that maids are not allowed to draw according to their individual policies, so please do not make strong requests against their will.

Obscene or sexually explicit words or designs.

・Violent words or designs

・Immoral words or designs

・Derogatory words or designs

・Romantic words or designs

(e.g., I love you, let's get married, etc.)

・Submissive or exclusive words or designs

Prohibitions in Nyanpappa

If any of the following actions are taken, you will be asked to leave Nyanpappa immediately and may not be allowed to enter Nyanpappa in the future.

Touching maids

Waiting for maids to come in and out of the store

Talking with or following maids outside of the store

Asking for the maid's private information (real name, contact information, etc.)

Verbal or sexual comments or harassing behavior toward maids

Taking home any items other than your return certificate card, Cheki photos, or goods.

Entering the store while intoxicated

Moving seats without consent after entering (We may ask you to move your seat depending on how crowded Nyanpappa is. We would appreciate your cooperation in such cases.)

Photographing, video recording, or recording in the restaurant without permission.

Making slanderous remarks about Nyanpappa or its staff.

Failure to follow Nyanpappa's rules.

Any other behavior that is disruptive to Nyanpappa, staff, customers, or neighboring stores.

Items not allowed to be brought in

Musical instruments and other musical instruments (Permitted, as long as it is not for the purpose of performing.)

Luggage that is larger than what is considered sensible

Items that could be dangerous (knives, spray cans, objects with long handles)

Food, perishables, living creatures.
